A Visa in US dollars that you top up with USDT or USDC from any wallet or exchange, with no bank account. What is charged in dollars is paid in dollars, with no fee; what you pay in Chilean pesos is converted at Visa's exchange rate.

In Chile almost everything is paid by card, but what is charged in dollars (subscriptions, software, foreign stores) goes through the bank's conversion and, depending on the card, an international purchase charge. If you already keep savings in USDT or USDC, the card lets you use them directly in dollars.
It is a virtual card: to pay in a physical store, add it to Apple Pay on your iPhone (Apple Pay works in Chile) and tap your phone on the terminal. It works at supermarkets like Lider, Jumbo, Unimarc, Santa Isabel or Tottus, pharmacies, restaurants and any store that accepts contactless Visa. On Android, if Google Wallet is available on your phone, add it to Google Pay the same way.
In Chile you can buy USDT or USDC with pesos on local exchanges or Binance P2P.
If you already hold USDT on an exchange or in your wallet, just send it over a supported network: Polygon, BNB Chain, Base or Solana. The balance is held in US dollars.
